Hey all... I changed my mind a dozen times about posting this but decided to take the plunge. Here is my first pipe... Thank you, that is helpful. Just to be clear, in the picture below, A=B (the first part of your directions) and C=D (the second part of your directions)?

As a newbie pipe maker trying my hand at my first pipe (billiard as well), can you clarify the adjustments noted above to the length of the shank and stem for me? I've read a lot of interpretations on this (gone back around 200-300 posts in this forum) but, as best as I can figure: Height of bowl = ...
