I've noticed that a few pipe makers offer an affordable grade pipe that come from factory turned stummels. This idea interests me a great deal but I have no idea where one acquires these factory turned stummels. Are these factory seconds, a factory that closed down that sold inventory? I'm sure thes...

Thanks everyone! I typically sand out the bowl stains and coat them before photo's but i did not have the "mix" on hand to cover my drips.

Thanks guys. I think I need to use a smaller stamping area, it takes up too much room on the bottom of the shank and lips around too far on the sides. I think this is what giving the shank a "wobbly" look where it goes from blasted to smooth and back to blasted. Thoughts? Thanks everyone f...
