Yeah, I hate looking at pictures of kit pipes that look like someone just gave up on carving. I'm still working on removing enough to get the shank to bowl looking right. Thanks for the feedback.

I made these about a year ago, just finally got the nerve to post them here for feedback. I in no way feel I have even half the talent of some guys here. Still learning alot. I need to invest in a motor and wheels to buff with.

This was my first pipe I did from a kit. It had a bad flaw on the shank, I did not finish it for this reason. I left it the way it was and regularly smoke it now.

I have a question about Carnauba wax. I live in rural Tennessee and can't find carnauba wax anywhere. Is there an alternative wax I can use and buy locally? I have very limited funds and the Internet is not an option. Thanks for any recommendations in advance.

I've made a few pipes using a dremmel tool and want to upgrade. I am thinking of buying the french wheel accessories from Kurt. Can anyone tell me what kind of motor I need, and a good manufacturer. Any suggestions are appreciated.
