Re: Oliveball

you know, I really am digging this pipe shape, it is interesting. I would be intrigued to see further work on the idea without the flaws and maybe some work on the extension. Saying this I would smoke that pipe in a second

Re: Pipe No. 5 - Horn

I love it, the extensions are beautiful and if not for the pit in the rim I wouldn't find any major problems with it.

Re: My start to 2011

i really like this pipe, it reminds me of a native american war club. Maybe you could remove some more from the bottom of the shank and stem to accentuate the curve would look nice, but saying that, I wouldn't mind having this pipe on my shelf or clenched in my teeth one bit. :D :D

Re: My 3rd Pipe

That is a really gourgeous stummel, the stem just gives me nightmares of setting my house on fire because it seems that when put between your teeth it would point away from you a tad too much

I find myself coming back to this thread time and time again just to appreciate your pipes Maxmil. They are simply inspiring. Your take on the poker really is inspiring.

Really nice man, at first I thought the blasting wasn't deep enough from the first picture but I really like it. The blast is nice and symmetrical.

Re: 3rd Pipe, 1st Post

I think this is really good, but it seems like you need to sketch your design more thoroughly on the briar. The pipe seems like it froze halfway becoming a calabash from a bulldog, like it doesnt know what it is; most likely because you didnt as you made it

Re: Ever seen something like this? Help me out...

Tyler, during the most miserable year of my life when the only job I could find was that of a plumber's helper, the company had a portable air tank on each truck. We made these by taking the small propane tanks, (I don't use propane so don't know what size those are but they are the small ones used...

Re: Love at First Smoke

I have read this thread a couple times, and cannot claim any disposition to being able to taste extra ordinary things. However, I can say that I have found latakia to be the killer of sweetness for english blends. I have one blend that is one ounce normal and one ounce plus 1 part latakia. After smo...

None, went over it again even more thoroughly. I am leaning towards this silversmith brand because the stem doesn't really seem to be made for the medico filter.
