flea1, if you order the "kit" everything but the shapeing is done. If you like you can fill it up & start smoking just the raw block.. I did on my 2nd. You don't do anything to the inside.
Well some do, but just get the outside right first, then you can think about coating the inside.

I am reaching way back in years, but I remember when I was a Kid, there was a X Ray machine in the Sears Shoe Dept. You could stand and put your feet/shoes in the bottom and you could look thru a slot and see how they fit. Would work the same IMO. Good idea.

Every time I go from one forum to another or even with in the same topic, I get a "box" asking Select User. ??? what to do.
