IF you have a lathe it is actually easier and less work to cut a tennon, I have never used a tenon cutting tool so I can't say for that, also when using delrin you have to allow for a certain amount of ebonite or acrylic to accept the end of the delrin you glue in, so if you wanted to make a shallow...

I think technically, thirsty wouldn't stamp well due to the little space where all the letters intersect, but that's just my opinion man
