Looking for a premade stem

Hello Guys - I got a questio. I got this beautiful big piece of briar that I want to use to make a nice stubby billiard style pipe. To give you an idea of what I want to make look at www.smokingpipes.com and under Locating Pipes - Billiard there is an Ardor Billiard Urano Rusticated Red (SKU 002-004-0305) That is the look I want. Where can I possibly get a stem like that other than making one

You could try Mark Tinsky at American, he might have somthing like that.
