Amber Acrylic?

Post by The Smoking Yeti »

Hey guys, I'm trying to find amber acrylic rod stock for sale, kinda struggling. I can only find "tortoise" at PME and I don't think that's what I want.

Anybody have a lead for me?

PME has two "tortoise" products. ONe is the sort of "specialty" rod, and it's mroe brown. The lucite rod in the lucite rods section is pretty amber. Dunno what look you are after.

The faux amber I got from.. I think from exotic blanks.... was an acrylic, and it just shattered when I tried to slot it.

+1

I use Marco's amber and really like it. It has some nice swirls.
