Tormek? I think at the moment it's no 7 on the list. Somewhere after sandblasting equipment and a decent dust extractor.

I have two of the tri-angular shaped scrapers, the one sold by Otto Frei and this one that I got last week.

I like it better than the one from Frei and best of all it is less than half the cost.
It is ground to a very sharp point.

Very cool. The point looks exactly like something I have needed from time to time. Fine, delicate work is my middle name. Muchacho gracioso, amigo. 8)

I don't go by my middle name as a regular thing, but thanks for asking. All is well in Fine, Delicate Work Land. :D

Ah... I see...

Getting that takes a fight to the death with lightsabers.

Be forewarned: mine glows blue.

I made a triangular scraping knife out of a 10" triangular file. Just grind down the last two tapered inches on the file using a bench grinder/tool sharpener. It is very easy to get three broad, sharp and durable edges. It really works to smooth out all the file marks before finish sanding.

I used to shop for antique hand saw blades. From those I would cut and make scrapers. Was easy and would make great tool's. Seems the old saws were better than the more contemporary blades.
