I'm still in. Just need to finish up some non-pipe stuff that has bogged me down last April, then I'm going to start.

Just as a reminder, we're looking at a deadline of July 31. I know it's still 2 months away, but time has a way of creeping up on us. I got a test pipe done a few weeks ago and I'm pretty happy with how it came out. I have to make another one now because Chicago has a way of turning pipes into cash

I've made enough mistakes i reckon i'll have something by July.

Smokeable mistakes though, so a nice excuse for some experimentation and shop pipes. :)

I actually had one i thought would be my submission almost shaped, then a sand pit turned into a chasm....

I've got my stummel drilled and rough shaped. Need to fit the stem next. No problem by the deadline.

How do folks usually exchange addresses?
I need to hook up with Oakbear and Ocelot if I'm not mistaken.

After the deadline, there will be the OFFICIAL shuffled version of the list. This will be for passing pipes along.
As of know, the list is just the order people shouted "I'm in!".
At this point, the order is totally unofficial.

But to answer your question, typically folks get in touch with each other using the PM (private message) function.

cheers,
Jeremy.

As we get closer to the deadline, hopefully we'll start to see pictures posted here., Mightysmurf will make a big announcement with who to send to and ways to go about it.

It might be helpful for you to read through the PITH threads from the last few years, you can better see how it went.

Yup, once the deadline hits, I'll generate a randomized list of participants, and that's how you'll find out who you receive from and you you'll send to.

I thought of it, but a quick search showed I wasn't the first.

If you try it, I recommend a heat gun and pliers to separate the plastic shell case from the metal head, instead of all the other ways I tried that take forever and barely work.

Finished this up today since I'll have next to no time for pipemaking in the next 3 weeks. It's afairly small pipe but would be great for flakes and, with the army mount, will be a great pocket pipe that you can break down if needed.

4 5/8 long, 21 grams, 11/16 dia chamber. Shank cap is stabilized wormy maple.

We have 1 month left! I'm gonna hunker down this week and get mine done. How's everyone else doing? If this is your first attempt, I recommend not waiting to the last minute, just in case you run into some issues. If anyone needs help feel free to reach out.

Besides a final polish, and a bag, this little one is done. I'm heading to Europe tomorrow, but will be back in Portland on the 29th. I'm really excited to see some pipes!
