My 3rd Pipe

Post by MalteseHunter »

Hello,

It's been a long time since I made a pipe. My little cousin motivated me enough to make a pipe with him this summer. I'll have to share pics of his when we finish that one too - hopefully in a few weeks.

Since 2014, I had the idea of making a pipe that was square-shaped. It's briar with an ebonite stem. Thanks for your opinions and thoughts. Jake

Yep.
Your transition and panels is clean and crisp, and the bottom transitions well into the panels.
Aim for 0.15" behind the button (~3.8-4 mm) and make your stem taper smooth and straight or slightly concave. Convex tends to look "blimpy".
