recessed sanding wheel

recessed sanding wheel

anybody got any ideas for a recessed sanding wheel? its used for sanding shanks and the recess allows the bowl not to get sanded they look easy enough but maby someone has any easy solution. thanx Bob Clark :mrgreen:

Not sure what you're talking about. I just use a regular sanding wheel to sand the shank. Keep the bowl off the outside edge, and it doesn't get sanded.

Recessed how?

Rad, http://www.blakemarbriars.com he uses one in his video. I think this is much ado about nothing as I sand the same way you described.Bob :takethat:

The ones I see in his video are French Wheels. You can get them from Tim West.
