PM Spare Parts

Post by sandahlpipe »

I've had my PM12x36 for nearly a year now and just recently decided to try taking the chuck off the headstock. However, in so doing, I managed to lose a couple of the springs and lock pins. I put it back together without them and thought it was doing fine, but then it was making some unusual squeaking noises so I decided it's probably best if I replace those parts. The cams still seem to lock securely.

I'm wondering if any of you guys on the board who know their way around lathes can tell me where I can find these parts to get my lathe back up and running. I also put a line out to Matt from Quality Machine Tool, but it being the holiday weekend, I'm not sure when he'll be able to get back to me.

Thanks!

In the time it took me to write this post, Matt wrote me back. What a great guy to do business with. So I suppose never mind on the question.
