Even if they suck maybe you could use them as blanks and make something else out of them.

Why not. In my case, I have 32 chisels already, thats why. :cry:

There is, Pipe Carver anonomys. Now I take it one pipe at a time. Used to be one shape was too much and all the shapes in the world was not enough. :drool:

got a set like that on ebay, then picked up a couple of nicer tools with thicker steel = longer bevels stay sharp longer, longer handles, and the tangs on the cheap would actually bend near the handle.. so cheap set stays on the shelf, maybe my wood turning kung fu is all wrong but i'll try and use one nice gouge for everything.
