How you got into pipe making: Tried Lorenzetti pipe for economy after a few years of cigar smoking. Liked it. Bought hand-made one and felt the difference. Desided to make my own pipe, and couldn't stop Bought lathe, bandsaw, tools, rented a garage as workshop.

Where/how did you learn English so well, if I may ask? Your sentence construction, use of idioms, and so forth didn't come from a few classes in secondary school.

I thought my English is awful. I have to use dictionary twice for a sentence

Soviet education was really good. It seems stupid, but foreign languages learning inside the iron curtain was compulsory and qualitative. I learned English all 10 years of school. But forgot everything later.
