Is that the first one compared to the second one? In other words, very U shaped compared to a rounded v shape?

Not clear on your question.
The JD pipe has a nearly U shaped bottom - flattish compared to a more V shape to the Eltang and Comoy mentioned above.
The Heeschen has a similar bottom to the JD pipe.
