Покажу как фильтровать на валид 100% по которым будете рассылать.
В среднем в каждой базе около 1 млн - 500к адресов.

Weren't you literally just talking about email list harvesting and selling being big business?
And FWIW, that's actually one I can confirm - I've been "in the industry" for over a decade at this point and you wouldn't believe some of the slimy shit people try to get away with - both in terms of what they send, and to whom.
