Help trouble making pictures small enough

I don't know if it's my camera or my stupidity 🤔. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have this downloaded to resize http://adionsoft.net/fastimageresize/ and use this to post pics. https://postimages.org/

https://postimages.org/ has a resize option as well, knock it all out in one fell swoop.

I use flickr. It lets you pick a size when you go to copy the code for the pic.
