venting kerosene heaters
venting kerosene heaters
I'll be using a big 50k BTU heater this weekend in order to work out in the garage. Anyone know anything about keeping these vented, etc>??
In a garage, shouldn't be a problem. I used two of them in a garage for rodmaking for a while. They stink, but it's a pretty rare garage that is so tight that you'll asphyxiate yourself with a kerosene heater.
Edit -- do you have cars in there while you're working? A friend nearly burned his house down last year from the garage, motorcycle had a gas leak and the water heater ignited it. You do have to watch all the flammable liquids that tend to be in garages.
