Wiki help. Broken link?

Hello Folks,

First post and I must say thanks to Tyler and Kurt for all the spearhead work they have done for this marvelous forum I have enjoyed these past couple of weeks. And thank you to all the current contributors. I hope to know you better in the months to come.

Some help please. I tried to read the Wiki article titled, Characteristics of Briar by G. Tsoumis, N. Kenzos, I. Fanariotouc etc, but I can't seem to read the pdf.

Would someone please visit this url and tell me if they can read the pdf?

It loads and reads fine for me. Anyone else having trouble with it?
