Tracking down small-scale turning tools that are decent quality is not the easiest thing in the world. These are perfect for pipes - I have also done chess sets with them.

I don't think Henry Taylor knows how to make a bad tool. I have a similar set from Robert Sorby that are great for turning smaller things where I don't need the leverage of a long tool shaft and handle.
