Delrin Length

Delrin Length

what is the most common depth/Length that the delrin should be going into the Shank (Mortise) and in to the Stem?

At least 3/8" into the stem and around 1/2" into the mortise.

On some pipes you might get away with 1/4" in the stem, like if you use a 1/4" tenon, but by and large I agree with Todd - especially about having at least 1/2" of depth in the shank.
