At long last...The Blandings Collection is now available.
A limited edition, individually numbered, 2 pipe boxed set. Hand crafted replicas of the pipes seen in the 1948 film "Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House", starring Cary Grant, Melvyn Douglas, and Myrna Loy. The set also includes the DVD of the film. Only 48 sets will ever be made!
Both pipes feature hand selected Algerian briar fitted with acrylic stems.
They are completely hand made and faithfully re-create the pipes seen in the film.
- The "Jim Blandings" (Cary Grant) pipe is a Canadian style billiard with a blue dot and white trim ring adorning the stem.
- The "Bill Cole" (Melvyn Douglas) pipe is a traditional billiard with a slightly longer shank and graceful curve to the stem.
