I doubt it's a great saw, but a mediocre bandsaw is still so much better than no bandsaw that I'd say grab it if the price is right. Consider that 200 bucks buys a new saw.

Brand new a 9" Craftsman is $129. $100 is more than I'd pay. $60-$75-ish and I'd get interested.

WARNING! WARNING!

That particular saw does not get good reviews. It is not the same as the 10" Craftsman saw that is actually a very nice unit. That $100 is pretty much retail price new for that saw if I recall correctly, and it isn't worth even that much for me.

Add $30, as Tyler said, and get a brand new one from Sears that's much better. I promise you'll be much happier.
