looking for a particular needle file

hi - guys i am searching for a particular file like the one found on fine-tools.com.. link is bellow and the order no. is 302709....

the problem is that the guys from Fine-tools are having shipping way to high for my country so i am looking for another source for this type of needle file... does not need to be from Dick but has to be a good quality one and between 140 and 160mm in length - shape and round edges like from the link provided...
anyone has a suggestion... thanks....
