So, I caved in and did it. Went back to two old pipes and remade them a bit. Let me know what you think.

Nice improvements. As much as it hurts, you made a great choice to go back and redo both of the pipes. The first one still has a few sand pits, but they are not distracting as in the orignal. The chubby horn isn't really my style, but the improvements you made on the volcano is commendable..It changed from a pipe of two connected holes that tobacco could be smoked out of into a very respectable pipe.
Great improvements... I've done the same to a few of mine and learned tons from it

Like Todd, I really like the redo on the volcano Pär! Well done sir!
Re: Two remakes
Thanks for your comments, guys.
I'm specially curious what you think about the shank and stem on the volcano?

I'm no artist, but the term organic comes to mind.DaGamba wrote:I'm specially curious what you think about the shank and stem on the volcano?
The original volcano looked like a pipe with a stem stuck on the side. The new pipe looks like the stem naturally grew there. There is a natural and seamless progression from the pipe to the stem. A huge improvement IMO. Well done.
