Workshop is complete!

Post by LAH »

My dad and I have been turning an outbuilding into a woodworking shop for the past few months. We made a small addition, so I could set up a little pipe making shop. I've spent a few days working in there so far, and I have to say it's very nice to have everthing in one spot. Before, I had my lathe in this building and everything else in my dad's fiddle shop, I was spending more time making trips back and forth between buildings them making a pipe. Well, here are some pics.

Looks great! Will you always be able to keep it that clean? :D I wish I had that much space. I'm working out of a 4x6" space that's used to store my mower and my water heater. Good thing pipes are small projects.

Enjoy your new space.

Thanks, I'd say give me a couple weeks in there, and it will look like a disaster zone.

That is sweet. I'd have that place littered up and fire-trappy in about a half day!

I cant wait for the day I can put "workshop" and "complete" together in the same sentence.

That'll be a fantastic space to work in. Congratulations!

I love the lathe. My Atlas is just a couple years different from yours.

Thanks guys. I've finished one pipe in the new shop so far. I'm itching to get back in there to start another pipe, but I have a guitar repair that needs to get finished, before I can play with my own toys.

Nice!!!

That old lathe has the coolest lines look wise...like a early 50's caddie with tail fins and tuck and roll seats! Needs a pinup girl on it.

AC???!! AC??!! I thought you were an mountain man who was use to roughing it?

Enjoy the new space!

hahaha.... I'm currently on vacation from roughing it. I figured I needed to get caught up on all the comforts that I had missed.
