I think it's a good looking pipe. Nice grain. Like the extension and the stem work. However, I also think that the huge gap between stem and shank takes everything away from it. Distracts from the beauty that would be the pipe.

The pipe looks really nice.. it's just the mouthpiece that is thowing it off

a mouthpiece like this would look better (and yes I used one of mine)

alternatively, just thining it out towards the stummel would improve it.. I personally don't mind the gap you left in there..but that's me

You really make some classy looking pipes. That brown, sandblasted cutty you did a while back has been a favorite of mine.
