Hello From a New Guy

Post by DocWill »

Hello Yall
I have lurked at this site for some time and decided to take the plunge and join the forum. I have learned a great deal just from reading post and have found a wealth of information here.
I have smoked pipes for approx 9 years and prefer 1/4 and 1/2 bent pipes. I enjoy burley blends and some aromatics.
Being that I build period correct muzzlloading guns and work with wood the thought of making my own pipes has intrigued me for some time. I recently purchased PIMO's book on pipe making and will be starting my first creation in the near future.
I ask in advance for your forgivness on some questions that will appear very amatuer. I am a very rank amatuer. I will do my best to search archives and previous post before I ask questions.
I will look forward to participating in the forum and hopfully post some pics of my first pipe in the near future.

Hey DocWill! You can ask all the amature questions you want, you might even find you know the answers to some of them.

Now what's this about muzzleloading? Got pics?
