I'm agreeing with Wayne and Felix... and I'm digging your stem work on this one.. the only one comment I'd make is round off the corners of the airway... personal preference on my part... I'm sure Wayne would disagree
I really like the pipe, great shape, good proportions, clean finish. You've got a small deflection in your stem near the convex section near the shank, first image.
I would like to know how you clean your stem prior to taking pictures. Sometimes mine look like a yeti shed on them (no offense yeti)
Aah, dammit, Andrew! I was keeping my eye on that "deflection" and somehow must have missed it.
Cleaning the stem for pics? I don't do anything special, really. I do though try and take photos right after the final buff.
@James: I do take the edge off the airway, but I'm not crazy about rounding it.
The stamping is still giving me loads of problems. I just can't seem to get a good imprint 1st time. Maybe my stamp is not sharp enough and not deep enough?
I've tried warming the stamp with a heatgun and with a candle. The heatgun seems to work marginally better, but I'm not satisfied yet. I'm actually considering warming the wood as well now.
It's getting to the stage that I want to stamp after 320 grit already, just in case its a mess and I have to sand it out to try again.

Actually, rounding the slot corners was my New Year's resolution, James. All Teipen pipes from 2013 forward will have rounded slots. Turns out I'm trainable after all.
