Hey David, I am very excited about the meet-up being so close. It will be great to meet all who is attending and see some awesome work as well. I will be staying with a friend down in Columbus otherwise I would have taken you up on the hotel room.

Just curious where everyone is staying at? Is the show still starting at noon? Can we get there a little early? Also, I have a couple of not so hot pipes I would like to try to sell but don't know if I should bother. So I was hoping to show them to you guys to see if you think I should or just keep at it for now. Thanks.

I'm excited. I plan to be at the shop when it opens on Saturday.

I found someone to stay with on CouchSurfing.org.

I cannot describe in words the feelings I have right now after the event this weekend. (all positive) Thank you to everyone for attending and allowing me to be a peer and mentor & student. We accomplished quite a bit in the workshop and will have 2 new collaboration pipes that we are donating to worthy causes very soon. Thank you!

When pipe people get together great things happen. I can't wait to hear a full report! I wish I had been able to attend. I'm glad the soiree was a success.

Premal, your hospitality is something I could never thank you enough for. Meeting everybody and learning from you all has made the past weekend one I will never forget. Oh, and Pacman is pretty damn awesome.

Premal

I would also like to thank you for hosting the meetup. I had a great time and learned so much. Also, thank you for being my first official customer. That was a very proud moment for me. Thanks again and I will keep in touch.

Indeed that was a blast! Thanks to Premal and the Smokers Haven crew for inviting, and putting up with a shop full of pipe makers. It was great seeing friends and meeting new ones. My mouth still feels like 180 grit.

Lesson learned. The purple sand paper is not a grape fruit roll up.
