Mimmo was so happy and unsuspecting in his last seconds... Grant appears to be expecting something like this at any moment.

The biz cards are a great idea, yes the person who bought the pipe does know how to get a hold of you to make another purchase, but the card is for his buddy or the guy down the street who admired your work and wants one now too,
Also believe it or not there are actually people who collect biz cards like baseball cards, I often get letters in the mail from all over the world from people who ask me to send them a biz card.
Also I think it is a good idea to send a card with simple instructions of do's and don'ts on how to care for and handle your pipe, not everyone who buys a pipe from you will have years of piping experience, some might actually be new at it, and the tad bit of info you give them might be helpful and keep them from damaging the pipe they bought from you.
which I can almost guarantee if something does go wrong from mishandling or bad cleaning practices even tho it will be the persons own fault, they will blame you.

I know this thread has been completely hijacked...but this is fun! Here's a link to Ernie and I "sharing " a table. Notice the empty piece of leather marking the place Ernie and his vampire pipes should be seen.

Nevermind. Picture disappeared. I'll find it and report back.
