Uberhuberman is a nickname that I had in high school (over 12 years ago [hey, it's a long time for me]) that I started using publicly in my early 20s because it's warm and casual and made me feel good about myself during a time when that was harder.
A few things have prompted this change in forum identity for me. Primarily, I'm turning 30 in less than a month and, without going further into gushy details, I'm ready to leave the comfort blanket behind.
I'm still the same person (for better or worse
) and will continue to participate in the same way I have.Here's to it.
