Another great pipe, Ryan!
The only thing I see after a cursory glance is that I wish the transition between shank and bowl on the top of the shank had less of an arch to it. Remember the divot discussion in Ernie's pipe shrine thread? My eyes want a straight shank all the way to the bowl with a tiny divot on the bowl where they meet to guide the eye along the back line of the bowl (facing the smoker).

And a damn fine blast!
Re: Its a Lovat
I agree with David about the back side of the bowl.... and it's not a lovat, its a saddle-bit billiard.

I think it's a great pipe. The saddle portion could be tapered more where it meets the shank. It appears to be larger than the shank. Nice job Ryan!

Looks great. That is a fantastic sandblast.

That's a good looking pipe, Ryan.
Re: Its a Lovat
Both criticisms I think are mostly due to overblasting the top of the shank. Seriously, theres a lot of material missing off the top! The smooth part at the end of the shank stands out like a ring.

I have struggled with that as well Ryan, just ask Premal. You'll learn your equipment and like working at a shaping wheel, you will get muscle memory for it and it won't be an issue. The saddle billivat is sweet man!

2 solutions to overcoming deep blast on the shank where it creates a substantial difference with the taped off area.
1. lighten up on the blast as it approaches the taped area.
2. leave stem unfinished before blast, then finish and blend into blast.
