Avatar problems FIXED

Another apology is necessary. If you have had trouble changing or creating a new avatar, the site was broken for that TOO! Sheesh.
Apparently my web host upgraded some aspects of their servers. A consequence of that was that my site was apparently moved around some. In that process, folders that I had set access rights to for public upload (i.e. users could add or change content), lost that permission status. So anything a non-admin tried to do was rejected. It affected everything that had to do with uploading pictures.
I believe it is all fixed now.
Please let me know of any other problems that you run into.
Thanks.
Tyler
