Early on, I couldn't afford the pipes that I really wanted at the local Tinder Box, the owner suggested I try carving my own from a kit... Snowball.

I hold a master of fine arts degree from Western Michigan University-emphasis in painting-specializing in airbrush, I work in the university theatre department as the foreman of the scene shop (part-time), I apply what I learn through meditation and mindfullness practice in everything I do.

Hey Rob, just wanted to say hi. I was an Art major at WMU in the late nineties (did not graduate, however). I spent a few good years down in the Vine neighborhood. It's nice to meet another pipemaker in the area.
