Real name: Adam
Age: 30
Location: Minnesota, USA
Years a pipe smoker: 12
How you got into pipe making: Just looking into it right now.
Other interesting facts: I am a Rad Davis and Stephen Downie collector who is looking to try his hand an pipe making. Mostly for myself more so than trying to sell them. I am currently researching the tools I think I'll need and will start a thread on that once my list is put together. From a creative perspective, my wife and I make 3D cakes, so hopefully something can transfer over into pipe making. Good to be here, and I look forward to learning!

Hey! Where in Minnesota are you? You can come visit me sometime and use my shop. I'll be happy to show you a few techniques. I'll be moving to Zimmerman in a few weeks.

I don't charge anything for people to visit my shop for a day, and there's a fair chance you'll get a home cooked meal and a good beer and baccy for your pipe when you visit. Stop by my table in Chicago, though. I'd live to meet another aspiring pipe maker in Minnesota. Rich Lewis has a shop downtown Minneapolis. You can also visit him. He was helpful in showing me some tools and tricks early on, and he's been at it for a few decades.

Jeremiah,
Once I get my feet wet, a visit may be in order. I will for sure stop by your table at the show and say hi.
