Ben, I live in Fayetteville AR. Retired from Navy and need an outlet/hobby. Love to smoke my pipes and enjoy the company of other pipe carvers. Made some great friends in this hobby. I am just starting out and need to get the right tools together. First major item to acquire is a metal lathe.

Bobblehead Diver, huh?

I Googled you (welcome to the 21st century), and have to ask...

Being only five inches tall, how do you use tools with those teeny-tiny hands?

This is not a diver. It is a dairy-farmer-in-training. The self contained breathing apparatus serves to shield him from the odors of the barn, and the dry suit protects against milk spray. But the biggest giveaway is that weighted iron "training udder" he is holding.
