Hello guys.
This is the first pipe from me in 2017, and the first ever morta pipe i've made.
I have a bunch of smaller sized morta blocks, so i started a new sort of line of pipes - The mini morta series.
This is of course the first of that line.
Things i know i can improve on:
- Define the shape of the bowl, especially the cheeks
- Overall composition (size, stem length, width of the horn accent etc.)

If you have any comments or critique, i'd love to hear it.
Have a great weekend!

Left and right sides of the bowl/shank transition do not match. Bowl is undercut too much. The stem appears to bulge in the middle and pinch towards the saddle. The saddle itself is rounded over too much at the end. The saddle and horn accent are too long in relation to the overall composition.

Other than that, it's looking good.

First photo: stem/shank. Not a good impression.
Got it?

Check out the guide on how to take pics for critique. It is really difficult to see the lines properly on the shape with even slight deviation in angles.
