So I decided to make something other than a billiard. Critiques welcome, thanks in advance. I think it is bowl heavy.

The bowl is not symmetrical from the left and right sides. The shank appears to curve slightly downward like a hawkbill instead of upward like most bent pipes. The bottom of the bowl juts below the rest of the line, which contributes to the bowl-heaviness. The stem sides also appear to bulge outwards instead of being flat or curved inwards. Bulging stems are less comfortable to smoke and make the stem look weird.

Keep working at it. This stage is where the going gets tough when you have a thousand little details to work on.

I agree with Jeremiah's observations, but will add that those observations are subtle.
Over all, this is a good looking effort, but it is those subtleties which are the difference between a good amateur effort, which this is, and an artisan pipe.
It pays to set the pipe aside when you think you are done shaping and then review the shape critically after a day or so. Apply a straight edge to check the bottom and sides. This will sometimes reveal those pesky asymmetries and things like the bottom line curve and dropped bowl bottom.
Keep it up, you are getting there.

Working on just the shank/bowl joint will already do wonders. Front and back of bowl should normally be mirror images, if seen from the side.
