Does anyone know the name of this shape, or can someone direct me to some photographs of a similar shape? I would like to make a pipe like this.

That's not a default shape, the straight shank and conical bowl would make it a dublin, the straight sides make it a paneled dublin, but the forward angle of the bowl hint toward a zulu/yachtsman, allthough those normally have a slightly bent stem.

So I'd opt for 'canted paneled dublin'
