Finished this one up for myself, anything you'd change stem-wise?

I would make the flare on the stem align parallel to the shank face. Then I would make the stem repeat the length of something on the Stummel. Either the bowl length, or the bowl height.

I agree with Jeremiah on the stem length. Although the stem length gives it a touch of elegance, it appears visually unbalanced.
Cutting the flare on a bias does look good, but it is all hand work.

You have a concave detail on the bowl rim, an organic detail on the shank face with the natural plateaux, and both convex and concave on the stem flair. This feels disjointed and undecided. I think choosing a common aesthetic would help to unify the overall design. Echo the same design choices in several places and everything ties together.

Thanks for the input guy's, that'll help me on the next one. I thought I should have just finished the shank face instead of leaving the plateaux. Not sure I could pull off the flare on the stem at a angle yet.
