How am I doing so far, inasmuch as the blade shaping? Any tips on a fairly quick way to get the top and bottom radii? I used my pippin file, painfully slow process. https://imgur.com/a/3eebdlS
Re: RC Volcano stem
I think it looks good. I also use pippins for that area, then flats on the blade.
I go into a sort of Zen state while working like that, and the process is less painful.

Yea Doc, you almost gotta zone out somehow, in order to get through it. I may need to grab a coarser pippin to help in quicker removal.DocAitch wrote:I think it looks good. I also use pippins for that area, then flats on the blade.
