Due to my bride of almost 50 years developing an unexpected illness, I will not be able to make Chicago this year.
She is doing well and the condition was fixable, but she is not quite out of the woods yet, and I dont want to leave her alone quite yet.
I will miss seeing a lot of you folks .
Ah well, I will set my sights on Columbus.

Thank you everyone. Marcia is doing very well, and I don't expect any difficulties.
And yes, George, I did talk to the doctors. As a matter of fact, I made the diagnosis before they did, since I got to see the EKG and the chest x ray first.
I will certainly miss seeing you all.
