Would someone please explain to me how to cant your billiard?
Here is my take on it.
If I'm wrong; any comments on the proper way to do it, and I would be deeply grateful.

Is there only one answer to this question? You bring up a good question, and now I'm curious. I'm guessing the block is shimmed, or maybe, there is some sort of locking mechanism on a lathe or fancy jig that can lock the block into whatever degree the maker wants.

Shikano53, please share with us what you were told in the pm.

You can accomplish a canted drilling with anything from 100+ year old specialty equipment from St Claude, France, on down to a simple wood lathe chuck - with a hundred stops in between.

I've always found a Oneway chuck with Tower jaws to be sufficient. I could probably benefit from making myself a set pipe making jaws for the chuck, complete with pin for rotating the block, but the time investment to do so always seems a little high.

The process always "clicked" with me, but I know it can be a bit daunting. Video demonstration might prove useful for some - sound off if that would interest anyone.

I use a right angle to draw the 90 line then adjust it how ever many degrees I want to make the cant similar to what you have done. My jaws have center pins that I lock into the point where my airway and chamber intersect so it's easy to drill the airway and chamber by slightly loosening the jaws and spinning the block to the desired alignment. For a straight billiard, it only takes a couple degrees cant.

Thanks Wayne. I have the same set up on my jaws as well.
Will do!
