Bent Brandy

I chose my next pipe to be a brandy, as it seems like a fun shape that I could apply what I learned from my author.

i based the design more on Danish brandys than English, as I like the more pronounced brandy shape.

and I am much happier with this one than I was with my author. I feel like I got the visual weight a lot better and in a better spot. i do think that the stem is a bit too long.

though my only real problem with it is that there is a bit of a subtle flat spot on the bottom line, below the tenon area. but that's something I've been working on, and it's better on this one than my last.

I would like to work on my bending technique for the stem next.

You are improving fast. :D

The biggest issue (no pun intended) is too much mass around the "equator," which then results in too much mass "underneath." A minor issue is a small line break on the top of the stem/shank junction.

The shank/bowl junction also looks a bit soft.

Keep up the good work! :D
