Coming soon: a photo essay on hand cutting stems

Post by KurtHuhn »

With the help of the youthful and talented Mackenzie Huhn, I have finished taking a couple hundred photos of the entire process of shaping a stem. It's the entire deal, starting right after the epoxy on delrin tenon is cured, up until just prior to finish sanding. I've got to organize the photos, write some captions, and get the page uploaded. I should be finished some time on Wednesday night.

And wait 'till you see the pipe that stem is attached to. Woo!

Awesome! Stems have been my biggest downfall, so any information you can make available will be greatly appreciated. :D
