Ex-Cigar Smoker-Pipe Tobacco Suggestions?

I used to be a cigar smoker. After a while I figured that the money and time invested in one good smoke was too steep. It's prolly been a year since I quit but I started thinking that a pipe might be the answer to my problems
I picked up a Savinelli pipe and a sampler pack of tobacco to get started. My question is: What would you guys suggest I try? I know I liked maduro cigars and I wasn't particularly fond of aromatic cigars. Thanks for your advice in advance.

If you know anyone who lives in Belgium ask them to send you some semois. It is by far the most cigarish tasting pipe tobacco I have ever had. It is one of my favs but is extremly strong and after about 1/4 bowl I'm spinning from the nicotine.
