P&T Contest

Post by marks »

OK, now that some of the smoke has cleared, who's pipe made it into the top 10 in the P&T contest? Anyone on this board?

My entry got shipped back to NC instead of St. Claude.

However, the silver lining is that now I'll have four new pipes on my table in Richmond instead of three, and it will look like I've actually done some pipe making instead of goofing off.

Good Luck to those who made the top ten cut!!! I've heard French food is good. I know I like French Fries, and I was looking forward to trying some other tasty treats. Please pass the ketchup...

I have been pondering for a while now if I should post or not. Not that it is a secret, but I don't know how to say this without coming across poorly. At any rate, I'll go head and say that my pipe is on its way to France, and I am very excited about it. I figure I have a one in ten chance of taking my wife on a nice little vacation. Something neither one of us is used to, and something she deserves very much.

Oh yeah, and a big bag of briar would be mighty fine too!

:)

Way to go!! I can't wait to see your pipe in Richmond, along with the other nine. Good luck!!

By the way, Tyler, you did not come across poorly. You should be quite excited that all your hard work was rewarded, and based on the picture you posted, your selection into the top ten is well deserved. Congratulations!

WWWOOOTT!!

You rock Tyler!! That is sooooo cool! Congratulations! Here's hoping! Hey, just think, if you win that bag o' briar, you can open up your super briar store! Or you could just keep it all yourself too. Lots of fun to be had.

So would you take the kiddos along to France too? Or jusy you and the better half on a romantic trip to St. Claude?

Way cool bud!
