Micro Mark Wodturning adaptor

Hi Everybody,

I would love some help with this one. I bought the MicroMark woodturning adaptor for my metal working lathe (aSmithy). When I put it in the tool rest one way, it is too low. The other way it is too high. Any suggestions?
